Multiday Masterclass

Feyenoord is launching a Multiday Masterclass event for the first time! It takes place in Rotterdam, on 1-3 September 2025. This event creates a unique opportunity for coaches all around the world to learn more about the Feyenoord way of working and to exchange experiences with other high-level coaches.

Through a combination of insightful presentations, practical workshops, and networking opportunities, attendees will gain access to the methodology, vision, and philosophy.

The package is priced at €495 per attendee and includes access to all presentations, workshops, training facility tours, and the Q&A panel with coaches. Attendees will also receive resource materials, session templates, lunch, and refreshments throughout the days. Last but not least, the participants will also receive a unique Feyenoord Multiday Masterclass item of clothing.

The event takes place at Stadion de Kuip in Rotterdam, Feyenoord's iconic home known for its rich history and vibrant atmosphere, and at the club's modern training facilities. These locations offer a comprehensive look at both match day spectacle and daily player development environments.

Q&A

Q: What is included in the event package?

A: The package inlcudes access to all presentations, workshops, trainings facility tours, and the Q&A panel with coaches. Attendees will also receive resource materials, session templates, lunch, and refreshments throughout the days. Last but not least, the participants also receive a unique Feyenoord Multiday Masterclass item of clothing.

Q: Is accommodation or travel included?

A: No, accommodation and travel expenses are not included. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and stay. Feyenoord can not be held accountable for any cancelation fees or additional costs. However, we do offer a hotel option you can add to your package.

Q: When should attendees arrive/depart Rotterdam?

A: The program will start early morning on September 1st and will end at the end of the day on September 3rd. We recommend a stay from 31 August - 4 September (or 5th if you would like to visit Netherlands vs Poland at the Feyenoord Stadium).

Q: Who is eligible to attend the event?

A: The event is open to coaches, Academy staff, sport science professionals, and those involved in player development.

Q: Is there an application or selection process?

A: Yes. Due to limited capacity, applicants are asked to provide brief background information (e.g. current role, coaching experience) to ensure alignment with the event's focus and to ensure a high quality of participants.

Q: How will I know if I've been selected?

A: You will receive a confirmation email on the 16th of July. This will include next steps payment instructions and more details.

Q: What topics will the presentations cover?

A: Topics will focus on the Feyenoord Academy football vision and structure, player/coach development, training session design, and how to integrate medical and performance data into training sessions.
