FEYENOORD OFFER ROB VAN DIJK A CONTRACT EXTENSION

Feyenoord intend to keep Rob van Dijk for an extra year. The club has offered the experienced keeper a one-year extension to his deal. ‘Rob van Dijk has a wealth of experience and has repeatedly shown himself to be a valuable keeper that the coach can always call upon. We’d like to keep him for another year,’ said general manager Eric Gudde.

Rob van Dijk is also happy about the new development. ‘I’m happy that Feyenoord wants to keep me for another year. I still really fancy it in and I can handle it physically.’

Rob van Dijk started his professional career at Feyenoord in 1992. He also played for RKC Waalwijk, PSV, De Graafschap, RKC again and SC Heerenveen, before returning to De Kuip last summer.
