National coach Marco van Basten has named Nicky Hofs in his Dutch squad to play Ecuador Wednesday at the Amsterdam Arena. Hofs gets his first international cap in a squad that also includes fellow Feyenoord players Ron Vlaar, Dirk Kuyt and Romeo Castelen.
