SAIDI SET FOR QUALIFYING ACTION

Karim Saidi has been called into the Tunisia squad for the nation’s next three matches and will travel to his homeland after Feyenoord’s final Eredivisie game of the season against ADO Den Haag. The first game on the calendar is a friendly against Angola, but the real meat of the trip is a World Cup double-header that pits the Tunisians against Botswana in Gaborone on 4 June, and against Guinea in Tunis seven days later.

The Tunisians are currently back in fourth place in Africa zone qualifying group 5 with eight points from five matches. That’s four points behind group leaders Morocco, who have twelve from six.
