HOMELAND DEFENCE CALL-UP FOR SONG

Caretaker national coach Sung-Hwa Park has named Chong-Gug Song in his squad for South Korea’s meet with Paraguay this Wednesday. The friendly in Inchon’s Munhak Stadium in the homeland is the first time Park takes the reins, after the resignation of coach Coelho earlier in the week. The Portuguese made the decision to stand down after some disappointing results, including a draw in a World Cup qualifier in the Maldives.
