KALOU NOMINATED

Together with some 40 other players, Feyenoord's Bonaventure Kalou has been nominated by the members of the Technical & Media committees of the African Football associations as one of the candidates for the title of best African footballer of 2001. The first three best nominees will be announced in December. The winner will be announced on the occasion of the African Soccer Awards ceremony in South Africa in March/April 2002.
