Chief commercial officer Van Dijk to leave Feyenoord
Joris van Dijk will resign from his job as Feyenoord’s chief commercial officer (cco) per February 1, 2023. Feyenoord will commence a search for a new cco shortly, and until a suitable replacement has been found Feyenoord’s board of directors will be composed of chief executive officer (ceo) Dennis te Kloese and chief financial officer (cfo) Pieter Smorenburg.
Feyenoord expresses its thanks to Joris van Dijk for his efforts and contributions to the club ever since having joined the club’s board on July 1, 2020.
‘It has been a unique experience to be a part of this wonderful club during a period of considerable sporting success’, says Van Dijk. ‘However, since the club and I have different expectations for the future, we have agreed to a parting of the ways. I am proud to have been able to contribute to the club as its chief commercial officer and wish both Feyenoord and its supporters all the best.’
