Academy player Lisandro Silva Dias signs first professional contract

Lisandro Silva Dias has signed his first professional contract with Feyenoord. The 17-year-old Feyenoord Academy player put pen to paper on a deal that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2029, in the presence of his family and friends at the Press Centre at De Kuip.

'It is a dream come true to sign my first professional contract with Feyenoord,' said Silva Dias. 'I am incredibly proud and grateful for the faith the club have shown in me. This is an important step in my career, but above all the start of something special. I will do everything I can to continue my development and take my opportunities.'

Before joining Feyenoord Academy, Silva Dias played for fellow Rotterdam club Spartaan'20. The right-footed full-back has now started his fifth season at Varkenoord and will play for Feyenoord U19 this season.
