Livio Lopes has signed his first professional contract with Feyenoord. On his fifteenth birthday, the Feyenoord Academy player put pen to paper on a deal until the summer of 2029 in the Boardroom at De Kuip.
‘Signing my first contract with Feyenoord feels like a great reward for all the years of hard work,’ said Lopes. ‘I have been playing for Feyenoord since I was eight and I am convinced that this is the best place for me to continue my development. I want to make my family proud, because they do everything for me.’
Lopes has been part of Feyenoord Academy since the summer of 2019. In the new season, the defender will play for Feyenoord U17, coached by Marko Vejinovic, Luc Castaignos and Hans de Jong.
