Ella Van Kerkhoven will remain with Feyenoord for a longer period. The 31-year-old Belgian center forward, who became Feyenoord V1’s top scorer last season with fifteen goals, has signed a one-year extension and is now contracted to the club until mid-2026.
“I’m incredibly happy to have extended my contract with Feyenoord,” said Van Kerkhoven. “The warmth of the club, the involvement of the supporters, and the trust I receive from the staff give me a lot of motivation. I’m proud of what we achieved last season and I still see plenty of potential to grow further together. I’m looking forward to using my experience and qualities again next season to help the team move forward.”
Van Kerkhoven has been part of Feyenoord V1 since the winter of 2024. With her experience, tremendous drive, and goalscoring ability, the forward has been of great value to head coach Jessica Torny’s squad. Her strong season was crowned with a nomination for the Eredivisie Player of the Year award.
