Feyenoord and Luka Ivanušec have mutually agreed to terminate the player’s contract. The club has given the 27-year-old attacker the freedom to find a new club where he has greater prospects of playing time. The Croatian’s contract at De Kuip was due to run until mid-2028.
Ivanušec joined Feyenoord in the summer of 2023 and was part of the squad that won the KNVB Cup in the 2023-2024 season. Last season, Ivanušec was loaned to Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki. Ivanušec scored 4 goals and provided 7 assists in 55 official appearances for Feyenoord.
Feyenoord wishes Ivanušec all the best for the next chapter of his career.
