Mikki van Sas is leaving Feyenoord for Vitesse on a rental basis. The 20-year-old goalkeeper, who still has a contract with Feyenoord until mid-2026, will therefore be active in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie next season.
Van Sas came to Feyenoord in the summer of 2023 from Manchester City's youth academy. The talented goalkeeper, who received his soccer training in the Netherlands at USV Hercules and FC Utrecht before leaving for England, was one of the backup goalkeepers for Feyenoord 1 last season. He also frequently went on to keep games for Feyenoord Under 21, with whom he not only took the title of the national pledge competition but also won the cup.
Feyenoord wishes Van Sas every success as a mercenary at Vitesse.
