Feyenoord kicked off its preseason campaign with a big win on Saturday. Playing on the road against FC Dordrecht, the first preseason match of the 2026–2027 season ended in a 0–6 victory. Charles Vanhoutte made his unofficial debut, while Mika Mármol and Nacho Ferri were still absent.
Once the first goal was scored at the Krommedijk after a good twenty minutes, there was no stopping the home team. Before halftime, Feyenoord scored no fewer than four times—through Calvin Stengs, Luciano Valente, and Gonçalo Borges (twice, including once from the penalty spot).
In the second half, during which head coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst sent a completely different lineup onto the field, the score was extended even further. Tobias van den Elshout and Gaoussou Diarra found the back of the net.
Feyenoord’s next preseason match is on Saturday, July 11, at De Kuip against Club Brugge. This match will also be broadcast live on Feyenoord ONE.
