Feyenoord loans Jan Plug to FC Dordrecht

Jan Plug will be loaned to FC Dordrecht until the end of the 2025-2026 season. The 20-year-old left-footed defender, who recently extended his contract at De Kuip until mid-2028, will have the opportunity to gain more playing time in professional football.

Plug joined the Feyenoord Academy as a 12-year-old talent and made his official debut in the first team under head coach Robin van Persie on May 14, 2025, against RKC Waalwijk. This season, he was permanently transferred to the Feyenoord 1 squad. Plug played for half an hour in the Europa League match against Real Betis in Seville last Thursday and has played in eight official matches this season.
