Feyenoord will have to make do without Gijs Smal in Saturday's home game against Heracles Almelo. The left-back dropped out in the game against Sparta Prague on Wednesday. The exact severity of the injury has yet to be determined, Brian Priske told the press conference on Friday.
As far as Priske could assess now, the rest of the team came out of the Champions League game unscathed and ready for the final home match of the calendar year. Kick-off at De Kuip is at 21:00.
Apart from Smal, Priske cannot have Jordan Lotomba, Julián Carranza, Ayase Ueda and Quilindschy Hartman at his disposal on Saturday.
