Feyenoord sign Ilayah Dostmohamed
Ilayah Dostmohamed is the latest addition to the Feyenoord V1 squad. The 20-year-old forward will join the club on a free transfer from Ajax after the summer break and has signed a contract at De Kuip that will keep her at Feyenoord until mid-2028.
"I felt it was time to continue my development in a new environment, so I'm very happy to make this move to Feyenoord," said Dostmohamed. "Feyenoord is a big club with a lot of ambition, and I hope I can make an important contribution here. I'm also looking forward to getting to know everyone and playing in many great matches."
After coming through the youth systems of AFC, SV Diemen, FC Aalsmeer, TOG and VV Alkmaar, Dostmohamed joined Ajax in 2022. The forward started out with the club's reserve team before being promoted to the first team last season. She went on to make 17 official appearances for Ajax.
