Feyenoord V1 and OH Leuven draw in friendly

The match got off to a disappointing start for Feyenoord, as the Belgian side took the lead inside two minutes. The goal was scored by Jada Conijnenberg, who played for Feyenoord between 2021 and 2025.

Noëlle van der Sluijs equalised after twenty minutes. OH Leuven failed to clear a cross from Zera Hulswit, allowing Van der Sluijs to react quickly and fire the ball into the net.

Feyenoord took the lead ten minutes later. Romée van de Lavoir delivered a free kick into the penalty area, where Tess van Bentem made no mistake and struck the ball home to make it 2-1.

The scores were level again shortly after half-time. Once again, it was Conijnenberg who found the net against her former club.

Returns
It was a special afternoon at Varkenoord for two Feyenoord players. Eva van Deursen and Fleur Stoit both made their returns after lengthy injury lay-offs.

Feyenoord’s pre-season campaign continues on Saturday 8 August, when the team travel to face Bayer Leverkusen.
