Feyenoord claimed three points in the ninth round of the Eurojackpot Women’s Eredivisie with a 1–0 win over PEC Zwolle at Varkenoord. Kirsten van de Westeringh scored the only goal of the match just before half-time.
The match began with an early setback for Feyenoord, as goalkeeper Jacintha Weimar was forced to leave the pitch after a heavy collision. Claire Dinkla came on in her place. PEC Zwolle — who defeated Ajax 7–1 before the international break — created several dangerous moments, but Feyenoord held firm.
The opening goal came in the 45th minute. Mao Itamura delivered a low cross into the box, allowing Van de Westeringh to finish from close range.
Both teams had chances after the break. A second goal by Van de Westeringh was disallowed, Kokona Iwasaki fired over, and Akari Takeshige saw a finish ruled out for offside. In added time, both Dechamaily Lont and a PEC player were shown red after an on-field altercation. The match ended 1–0.
