Feyenoord V1 drop costly points at ADO Den Haag

The team of Jessica Torny started the match sharply and took the lead after just ten minutes. Talia DellaPeruta opened the scoring, netting her very first goal for Feyenoord: 0-1.

However, Feyenoord were unable to enjoy the lead for long. Just three minutes later, the ball was in the net at the other end and the score was level again at 1-1.

Big chances go begging
After the quick equaliser, Feyenoord remained the dominant side, though their play became sloppy at times. Still, the team created several clear-cut chances. The most notable moment came just over half an hour into the match, when Feyenoord struck the post twice within a single minute. Their dominance, however, did not result in more goals.

Lack of cutting edge after the break
After half-time, Feyenoord were again unable to make the difference. Substitute Ella Van Kerkhoven had a great headed opportunity, but her effort went over the bar.
