Joshua Wilbrenninck-van Cuilenborg has been crowned LYB Academy Player of the Month over the month of March. This makes the 16-year-old Feyenoord Under 16 player the successor to Senn Ripson, who was named Player of the Month last month.
'His constant commitment, positive attitude and eagerness to learn stand out with Joshua,' said Zeb Jacobs, Head of Academy at Feyenoord. 'Joshua deals consciously with feedback from his trainers and knows how to translate this directly to his game. In addition, he shows strong growth within the team and with the Dutch national team. Joshua proves every day that growth starts with the right mindset.'

Since the 2021-2022 season, the Academy Player of the Month award has been presented after the end of each month to a Feyenoord Academy player who demonstrates a willingness to invest in himself, shows progression in both football, physical and top-level sports and makes a positive contribution to his team's growth culture.
