Feyenoord have opened an online condolence register for Joop van Daele, who passed away at the age of 77. Supporters can light a digital candle here and leave a message to, for example, share a memory or express their condolences to the bereaved family.
The born and bred Rotterdam native experienced the club's heyday in the 1970s and will forever go down in history books as the man who got Feyenoord the World Cup.
