Their visit started with a presentation by Feyenoord’s Head of Academy Zeb Jacobs. Jacobs, who is originally from Belgium and has also been active in Belgian youth football, shared important insights about the Feyenoord Academy. Later during the day, presentations about personal development, school and education, and the Feyenoord vision on football were the main topics. The goalkeeper coaches went for their own masterclass with the Goalkeeper Coordinator of the Feyenoord Academy.

The group had the chance to observe the Feyenoord Academy talents and academy coaches during practice. Before observing the practice they had a presentation about training preparation that explained what the main goal for the practice was, and which exercises were used to achieve that goal to make it a greater learning experience for the group.
