KNVB Cup final postponed

The KNVB has postponed the cup final to be played between Feyenoord and FC Utrecht due to the far-reaching measures taken in connection with coronavirus. The football association is yet to announce a new date for the match, which is scheduled to be played at De Kuip.

The squad is not set to come together until 6 April at the earliest as a consequence of the measures introduced to combat the spread of coronavirus. This has led the KNVB to postpone the cup final. Feyenoord were originally scheduled to meet FC Utrecht on Sunday 19 April after a cup run in which SC Cambuur, Fortuna Sittard, sc Heerenveen and NAC Breda were all beaten.

Feyenoord realises that the response to coronavirus is evolving all the time. The club is closely monitoring all developments and will keep fans and other stakeholders informed about new developments as they are announced through the club channels, including the new date of the KNVB Cup final.
