Feyenoord Fanshop: Online and store returns from previous season.

Important: This page is about purchases until June 6, 2023, both online and in stores. This does not apply to purchases in the new season that fall after this date.

It is not possible to return your purchase in one of the Feyenoord Fanshops.
All store purchases must be returned during this period through the return process of the webshop. Exchange is not possible and you have until July 13, 2023 to return your purchase.

When returning a store purchase, always add the receipt, your contact details and your iban to your package. Your bank details are required to make the refund.
When ordering from the webshop, your packing slip and order number are sufficient.

How do I return my purchase?
At the Feyenoord Fanshop you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the entire order. Within these 14 days you can return your package and place a new order. Exchange is not possible. You are free to choose how you return. Returns can be made via DHL Parcel. Go to www.dhlsp.nl, enter your address details here and the nearest service point will appear on your screen. You can hand in the package there for return. When handing over, state that the package must be returned to RMNL/Feyenoord. Carriers other than DHL may charge shipping costs for the return shipment

You can hand in the package there for return. When handing over, state that the package must be returned to RMNL/Feyenoord. Carriers other than DHL may charge shipping costs for the return shipment. Please note, it can take up to 4 weeks before a return shipment has completed the entire shipping process and is returned to us.

Please note: the employee of a DHL Service Point does not have to scan a package, but only enter the return address into the computer. PLEASE NOTE, you hand over a return shipment to DHL in the name of RMNL/Feyenoord. Not in the name of the Feyenoord Fanshop.

We ask you to repack the item in the original packaging, possibly with the clothing labels (if reasonably possible) and with the completed return/delivery note or a copy thereof. DVDs, CDs and Videos may only be exchanged or returned if the seal is still intact. You may break the plastic seal to try on clothes. The Feyenoord Fanshop reserves the right to charge compensation for damaged articles. See also our general terms and conditions of delivery.

Lost return
If your return shipment is lost after you have delivered it to a DHL Parcelpoint, it is possible to inquire with DHL. You can do this via the contact channels below:

Returning personalized items
Personalized items such as printed football shirts and I-FEY items are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to customization. In the event that the printing and/or personalization has been applied incorrectly, please refer to the frequently asked questions. Of course you can also call on 0900 - 1908

Return from abroad
It is of course possible to return from abroad. You have 14 days to change your mind. Postage costs are borne by the sender of the return, so it is unfortunately not possible to return for free from abroad. We use a different return address for returns from abroad than for return packages in the Netherlands. Please contact us for the correct return address.

Displeased?
As employees of the Feyenoord Fanshop, we naturally hope that your ordered product is exactly what you expect it to be. Isn't this the case? Then you have 14 days to revoke the received items after receipt of your entire order. After the moment of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the item to the Feyenoord Fanshop.

European Model Form
To return items, you can use the European Model Form. However, this is not mandatory.
As long as the revocation is made through an unambiguous statement, it may also be done in another way.
